What is the use of going to office in this case?

Why they are giving false information to media?
Ofcourse they will lie…you expected truth to media? They were already snatching a few percentage of salaries of employee and now QVA linked to RTO was final nail in the coffin.
People resigning like corns popping out when cooked.
The thing is, everyone is trying to switch, but market is not stable yet. Once people start receiving calls from other companies, no one would give a sheet about TCS. That might be the reason for low attrition rate.
