If its intiated this quarter, when we will get the confirmation mail?

Hai Till C3A - It's Quarterly From C3B - It's Half Yearly
If initiated and all the Approvals are done in time, Then you will get the Promotion/Letter after the Quarterly Results.(July mid)

I think the cycle has started as my lead has initiated my C1 to C2 promotion last week. But not sure when i can expect the letters to be out..can anyone guide?? Will they release after the qtrly result..or in the next qtr(oct)
I competed 2 years in TCS this june my lead took a project release and nobody replaced him i took almost all the responsibilities can i ask for a raise hike or promotions, if yes than how do i do that.
In terms of criteria: it completely depends on Project and depends on you. Usually they will consider after 4 years , one of my friends got it at 3 years itself

Two A bands - 24 months of tenure. Two B bands - 36 months of tenure. (I heard from my manager that this is the criteria corporate HR follows and sends a list of eligible people every quarter. Then nominating it back depends on your manager)
