Need suggestions Currently SAP consultant at Deloitte with 14 LPA, TCS offer 16 LPA. Should I join TCS?
Deloitte USI gives hikes around 10% every year. You should not switch if the package is the only concern.
Don't change yet. Get the hike and then decide

Deloitte doesn't match the offer anymore and 2 lakh is not worth at all to make the switch, wait for this appraisal in June and perhaps your internal hike itself will cross 16
You should ask yourself as to what is the reason for the switch.If money is the reason you should not switch for 2 L as deloitte gives 10% on an average but if you have any other reason like location ,work pressure etc feel free to switch
What is the real reason for your switch? Looks like just for 2 Lakhs one will not switch from Deloitte to TCS, as Deloitte provides a better hike and TCS gives a low hike and no rehire as well.
