In every post that one makes, one must mention their Total Contribution. If they don't - then they need to GTFO.

No, because not everything is about salaries. There are also people who are underpaid in this world, and posting TC on every post will increase more insecurity in them rather than solving any use case. The platform will get skewed in only people who are either earning good, or with people who are lying about their compensation so that they can post something.
