switch to non technical profile

Hi everyone,

I have 10yrs experience in dev profile and am looking to switch to non-technical(noncoding profile). What are the non technical profiles to grow for the next 10yrs in corporate(IT). I have googled , found a Technical program manager and product manager as new profiles. Whats all are your views on these 2 profiles in terms of growth as work and remuneration both
