Switch in 1st quarter of 2023

Volatile market. Better to stick where you are right now!

Evaluating a company's performance is tricky especially in this market. That is why it is not advisable now. But if you're sure about the company's current state, then you can go ahead.

I am desperately looking forward to switch. Any advice if I should not?
