Hello all I have got a recent offer from good mnc bangalore where CTC is around 31 lakhs for first year but my boyfriend is in noida and current mnc also here I am thinking to drop the offer as long distance will be difficult and moreover my hometown is in north Any suggestions appreciated

You can trial a year in Bangalore. You may boost your career, see different type of work in Bangalore. Then go back to Noida with a better local offer.

You'll know who your true friends and family are when long distance.

If you visit your hometown frequently, then staying is a better option, you can find good jobs here as well. For the BF part, if you guys are serious or see a future with him, you may consider that as well, completely upto you.
