Here, the variable/bonus amount is good and even if you get 3 or MP during your appraisals, you would get atleast 100% of your variable revenue. Take that into consideration while negotiating. Fixed would be in the range of 65-75 LPA for SVP-II. Dont expect more than 20% hike over your current CTC.
