Check the youtube channel trustified. They fo lab test for different items, check which all protein brnads they've tested and gave positive reviews, and you can choose accordingly. Few brands like the whole truth, avvtar, muscleblaze i have used and are good.

As someone who's been lifting for close to 6yrs now. There's only 2 brands i would recommend.
- Premium: Muscletech nitrotech whey gold (personally like the cookies and cream flavour)
- Budget: Muscleblaze Biozyme performance whey (chocolate is the best personally)
Do not buy big muscle products. Also there's not a whole lot of difference between these new "organic" brands that push whey products out. But they charge more for a product that is supposed to be cheap. Do not fall for it, you're not going to see any benefits.
Unless you're vegan, and need a plant based protein, then get one of those.
Agreed. As someone who has tried both muscle tech and muscle blaze result wise muscle tech had the best results strength wise and hypertrophy wise. Plus they were easy on my gut.
