Change request for any sort is difficult for Livspace, homelane, designcafe. I have some blore based interior professional contacts.

Yeah mostly they use modular furniture and they are forcing me to use that. Please provide your contact also.

Don't go with Livspace and Homelane. Have had/heard bad experiences, they take money upfront, claim 45 days but drag for 5 months citing manpower issues. Budget exceed mid projects.

Try going with known professionals who work, someone your friends have worked with and can recommend

I know I work at Livspace and will be deemed as biased.

My suggestion to you: Have a look at all the options mentioned above in the Poll by spending 2-3 hours each in their stores. Make sure you get testimonials from existing customers and then take a final call.

Pros of going ahead with major players: You know the cons well + Most of the big companies will be there 15-20y down the lane when you would want to claim a warranty.

Cons of going with major players: Lack of personalised experience to a large extent + Experience depends on the team which you get allotted to.

Pros of going with local players: Good personalisation.

Cons of going with local players: Not sure how many may stay beyond 5-10y + they outsource production to factories and you will struggle to ascertain product quality and warranty.
