Hi folks I am planning to move flat, right now living in PG. Me and my friends need 3 bhk around ACES layout or Brookfield

What are tips and tricks that you guys suggest regarding rent, deposit negotiations, furniture etc ?

My learnings: -Look out for flat through brokers. Nobroker doesn't work. -Always negotiate on deposit

  • Play waiting game
  • always quote the number on which the broker can ghost you. Then slowly go up.
  • look out for the same flat through multiple brokers.
