Suggestion for good office chairs

I was using a regular plastic chair for a setup for quite a while and recently developed lower back pain severely limiting my mobility 😭 Looking for decent and very comfortable office chairs up to 10k, any recommendations? Thanks!

Same thing happened with me when I was sitting on a plastic chair for 10 hours everyday for 3 months straight in college during placement season last year. Took 1 month for the pain to stop 😢
