
Suggest me sleeping hack
Hi Guys, Can anyone help me with ultimate hack to sleep as soon as one hits bed. I am really having a difficult time to sleep by 10 or 10:30 as I usually have a client call from 9:30 to 10 .

exercise helps. The more you sweat the easier it is to fall asleep.

What time should one exercise on morning or before sleeping?

Exercise at night , no screen time after 10. Have a warm milk after dinner that will help


Wake up one day at 5 - No matter what. You will eventually feel tired by 10/11.
Repeat.

Try to soak in the early morning sun for 10mins daily,make this habit and thank me later...

Buy a night lamp and work only in it's light beyond 8pm (calls will be fine if taken on zoom). No caffeine post 3pm. Magnesium glycinate just before you sleep.

Wake up early to see sunrise. Do this for a few days to trick your brain into remembering this is what sunrise looks like. Same for sunset or just night sky. You would sleep sound.

The sleeping music like thunderstorms.

Off your notification tone! When going to sleep, close your eyes for 6 minutes.
