All kinds of fancy diet seems to work but you know what normal diet with a combination of macros work as well.
Want to gain weight, add some healthy calories,
Want to loose go on a deficit.
I got a customised diet once To follow it i would have to take 5-6 small meals strached throughout the day as if I don't have anything else to do. And then always add some exotic stuff not at all sustainable to cook all that.

Agree i recently tested 8-10 diet services online (paid) and most of them disappointed and complicated just basic stuff . Finally found 1 good with some customised plan as per my working and food pref.
This lead me to think how many of us (working ) are facing this issue aswell.
