Stop hating people who succeed

It's stupid race. Let me give you a broader perspective on why a decently paid individual can make it up with consistency within 10 years.

The inflated package you got will also result in

Increased risk of layoff Increased rent based on location Increased additional expenses Increased health problems because of stress Decreased family time Confusion in priorities

Since you got money early in life, congrats but what on earth will you buy once you have it all? By 50 you'll be left with minimum wishes you can wish for.

These are just a few of the common things...

No hate but everyone should work on their pace once they get a decent salary.

Why the f do people glorify movie stars, founders and sportmen. They are just like your average Joe who just had better luck of the draw. Your intelligence does not equate the amount of money you will end up making, dumb brain-dead fucks on YouTube make more then most of us will make in our lifetime. Don't hate or compare whether you winning or losing. The game of life is a bitch, just play it as best you can.

"My salary is also high so whatever" The reason behind this post was just to mention this.

I'm 31, I doubled my package over last year and half. One thing I am sure of is that I don't deserve this salary. Someone is stupid enough to pay me this. Indeed I do hell lot of impactful work, but no shame in accepting I'm kind of overpaid. Admit that few things are gone very wrong over past few years. I am not yet fired, probably won't be. But the recent layoff etc are reason behind this overpayment.

I am about join my first job soon but I also don't get this. Wouldn't you want to try to make as much instead of trying to make other people feel shitty.

You should also realise this causes people to have false expectations for themselves, and from world. I had a friend who became suicidal after not being able to Crack JEE 2 times. It was really hard for me and his family to convince him to join a private college and move on. All this happened because people like you flex your salaries and create a microcosm that you need to earn X amount of money to be successful. As pointed out by others, even stupid teenagers shaking their Butts in front of cameras are earning more than a skilled blue collar guy.
Life is unfair and, if you post something on a public forum, you better have thick skin to get trolled as well.
