Spotting a self-centric leader
If someone consistently overshadows team achievements by over-promoting themselves in meetings and daily conversations, it might be a red flag. How do you identify such leaders?

99% of leaders are self centric like every one does in IT.
But what is the percentage that matters.
Eg. I am self centric to my growth, but not at the cost of sabotaging my team. Whoever I work with, I convert them as my strong commanders by giving them step up role to work on and bring along in ladder. At a point they know what I think of and do most of things. So that I focus on bigger problems and work for growth.
The most dangerous leader is one doesn’t own his team mistake and redirects to all hear directly to them, because of his incompetence in knowledge, awareness and have no capacity to handle his senior/client. But takes all the credit.

It’s visible comes by experience you dont need to identify them

There is nothing called self centric leader. You are here to make money. So is he/she.
I guess you are at the beginning of your career. Corporate life is not the cartoons you saw when you were young.

Bunch of them are at which company? Can you take a guess??
