13moSpot marching to complete 10k
I have night shift 9hrs desk job, where I'm sleeping during the day and when I wake it's dark and cold in the night and need to rush to office I somehow manage to hit the gym 5days a week, since I'm unable to go out anywhere I don't complete my 10k steps So if I just march on the spot infront of my desk,to completed the goal does it serve the purpose??

Spot jogging will be easier than spot marching. Probably more effective too.

I like your crushing nature. You are doing great buddy!!! Don't over analyse, you are doing awesome. Keep on doing it. Think about making it better only after next 6 months (because being consistent in a small thing is better than doing something big once in a month)
