Sometimes daily standup is funnier than the standup comedy

I will share my experience.
In one of my previous organisations, there was a person who used to sometimes give very absurd updates like "Was not feeling too well so skipped breakfast and started working early on this ticket" or used to describe the entire day including non-work related things in a chronological manner instead of the usual format of the daily standups.
I know it may not sound too funny as I can't recall specific incidents right now but it was way more funny really.

My man will be surprised to learn that apps exist for this exact purpose. Text is no longer a medium of communication but text screenshots are now a meta medium for story telling. It’s obviously fictional.
