There are 3 4 criteria

1. That skill tag should be aligned to you
2. 2 of 3 rating should be OS or commendable
3. It should be a preminum or niche skill tag
4. Dq score should be in top 10% or 1% ( this one I dnt have clarity)
   The eligibility is decided at the beginning of the year which is in April.

85 % production utilization is must

Depends on type of skill tag , job level, and unit
