Sick pleasures of upper Management

I have often observed that people at VP & HOD levels derive sick pleasures from cross questioning subordinates during meetings inspite of knowing the challenges that person is facing. These people are absolutely sick & psychotic . Such people should be taken on by their horns and should be fought fiercely.
