Should you work overtime?
E.g. Let’s say for a month, you worked 6 hours/day because of less workload. So for next month, should you work 12 hours/day if your workload doubles? Or Should you work strictly for <= 9 hours/day independent of the workload?
Yes, as long as it balances out over the time.

Looks like a HR here. If it's less workload or double workload. It's the MPP which is wrong here. Work out the correct MPP
