Should I tell my boss that he is about to be replaced?

My boss sits in the US. Recently, I heard from some trusted sources that executives are interviewing for his replacement in India. I have been working with him for the last 8 years. He has supported me and helped me grow in my career. I like working with him. Should I tell him that he is most likely going to get fired?

Resignation discussion with Manager

I am planning to resign as soon as I get an offer and will probably start interviewing in a week or two. My manager is a good person, is it okay to discuss about resignation with him? Or should I wait for an offer?
