I use St Botanica Argan shampoo only once a week, after that the hair mask from the same company after I shampoo. Daily I wash my hair with just water and use a hair serum after every wash. I use serum again before I sleep. Helped a lot with hair loss, earlier I used to wash my hair almost daily with any crap shampoo and that damaged my hair a lot. My dermatologist recommended mild shampoos. I have been using mildly and it has become better a bit better since. I had used onion juice before. Every sunday for almost 3-4 months, definitely helped in hair growth
