Senior Analysts 3 @ Walmart

Hey there, I am in negotiation phase for the role of Senior Analyst 3 in Walmart. Its a advertising based role. My current compensation is around 17.5 LPA excluding bonuses and other variable. How much do you think I should ask for? I was surprised to see HR mentioning that 18 LPA is something they can offer on my basic 14lpa. If you have any experience can you please help me here?

Update:

They have offered me 28LPA CTC out of which 3lpa is RSU + 4lpa is management incentive plan +21lpa is fixed.

Can you please help me if I should go ahead with it or not? I currently don’t have any other offer.

It is good, since you are getting rsu. Bonus is minimum 85 to 125%. So consider 4lpa also coming to you

RSU are spread across 3yrs. What does that mean? HR said each year you will get 1lac for 3years.

Can you explain me how RSU thing works?

You should try to have interviews with other companies for the same position this will let you know your market worth but what i can say is you can easily expect 24lpa fixed compensation.
