Walmart salary for SDE3 Role.

I have HR round scheduled with Walmart today for SDE3 Role. What's the recommended fixed pay + variable to ask? YOE : 4 CURRENT CTC : 17.8L fixed + 1.3l bonus. I heard they are lowballing these days so any help would be highly appreciated!

There SDE-3 is SDE-2. They add up 1 level. They are law balling but as per your previous is well within range. 25-26 base would be a great offer atleast 40% hike on fixed is minimum
