Self doubt because of Stammering

Can anyone help me..I am 21 yrs old a recent graduate in BMS marketing..I did a job for 4 months but left and right now I am looking for a job, but the thing is I stammer a lot during my job interviews..it is very embarrassing like I have so much potential but only one thing pulls me down which cannot even control. Anyone who stammers can give me tips??..I just want to crack interview very fluently without any stammer, I have many dreams, but due to only one issue there's a lot of trouble in my life.

Don't go for perfection. Just accept the way u are. If u accept urself u won't feel anxious and fear. Just focus on the content not on the stammering. if u focus on stammering u will stammer more. So just avoid it. Live a peaceful life. Before the interview, u can tell the interviewer about ur stammering. Some people will understand.

Most of the people will understand and not judge you on this, so you can ignore your thoughts. 2. Speak slowly, do not say anything until you've said it in your head at least twice. 3. Stammering is curable, get speech therapy or some other things according to your case.
