Seeking Clarity on Backdoor Job Switch for 3+ Years genuine ExP

Hey everyone,

I see that many people are switching jobs using a backdoor process for 3+ years of genuine experience. They seem to have all the proper documents, profiles, and follow the right process, but they still get selected through this route.

I want to understand if there are any risks or potential issues in the future for someone going through this method. Has anyone here already switched like this? If yes, can you share your experience and whether it worked out smoothly?

Also, I see they are asking for more than 3 to 3.5L for this. Can someone confirm if this is the standard rate or if there are better options?

Looking for clarity and confidence before making a decision. Any internal insights would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!
