Seeking advice to get into Fintech

Im seeking to advise,

I had a total of 1.6 years experience and from a good college and a chemical engineer.

I've been working really hard for the past 2+ years to get into a better company with good pay, management and perks.

I'm literally not getting any calls from good companies, all the startups, small product based companies and services companies I'm able to crack easily without any prep before interviews(had 6+ offers). Need some advice on how to get calls during this peek layoffs time. FYI - I'm into AI ENGINEER, Data engineering and backend development. Thanks in advance.
