Salary range as per market standard

Hi Everyone,

Could you please suggest an appropriate salary range that I can request during interviews? I have 7.3 years of experience as a QA Automation Test Engineer and have worked extensively with Selenium, Java, Jenkins, API Testing, and Rest Assured (API Automation). I also have hands-on experience with various automation frameworks, including BDD (Cucumber), Hybrid Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven frameworks.

It's depends on what is your current salary if it's good as per your current experience then you can expect 30-40% high easily.

Currently 10 YOE, iam earning 30 lpa. I was probably at 22 lpa at 8 YOE.

PS: Learning playwright will get you more chances for giving interviews
