Their in hand salary is almost 100% savings, for us the moment salary is credited, we have to start deducting every small expenses from that
Wrong matrix of comparison. Money doesn't follow the effort-reward axis it follows the supply and demand axis.

I don't understand this pointless generalisation. Even the people you're trying to paint in bad light are good people, maybe the system and the ones who run it are at fault or maybe it's more nuanced than that.
What’s the point here? If at all he’s underpaid if you still need to compare at all. Most of us work at MNCs and are underpaid as compared to our western counterparts working on the same job going by that logic.
