Salary hike?

Did anyone get a salary hike this year? Got to know many didn't.

Why do you want to increase the anxiety level for us with this question. (this has been asked on grapevine "n" number of times) .... If you are happy just be it (touchwood) If someone got a hike good for him and if they didn't....market is sloppy so put right "Apna time aayega" 😂

Only landlords are getting hikes this year. Mine is trying to get a whopping 60% 🙃

These comparisons don’t really matter in the long run. Every industry / company has its cycles. You’ll always find N number of people saying “yes, I got 20% + “. It just serves to demoralise you further.
