Salary expectations

Hi all, I am working in Morgan Stanley from past 3 years as a consultant ( joined as a fresher so total yoe is 3.5 full stack) , i am having my HR discussion tomorrow for FTE conversion, my current CTC is 7 , How much I can expect as I am getting converted to FTE at Morgan Stanley. Most probably I will get an senior associate role. So what should be my expectations? Please help
