Skills : 13.5 yrs of exp in QA automation ( UI , API), mobile testing, device farm testing, AWS/Jenkins , GITHUB co-pilot, java/JS, recat JS, Elastic search. Onsite usa experience and experience in multiple domains ( finance , mortgage, OCR, AI/ML, NLP, Online e-booking )

But no / very few companies will give such hike .. from 20 to 45 LPA is difficult

Please go through the SDET salaries on leetcode. A minimum of 45 lakhs for your experience. I suggest you switch immediately and increase your base to 30+ and CTC to 45+
