Salary Check || 3+ YOE || SDE-2
Hello folks, I am working as SDE-2 in a US based product company. currently I am getting 24 LPA (All fixed) all 3 years I spent in same company. Just wanted to know how good/bad it is in terms of salary. Should i change job and look for better opportunities ?

A good estimate can be 6-8x YoE for the median pay.
Only for top talent at paymasters: 10x effective* YoE
