Some people have connections with HR and senior managers so they schedule an interview for you directly.. also they manage your interview questions... Basically it's a long process.. I am not sure if it is real or not..

The only exception in India is govt job and that too goes like clear the relevant exam and pour in some money and tada.. but those days are also gone now. So.. big no. and backdoor se mil bhi gayi.. khudse nazre mila paoge??
