this data is from the center for secularism. so must be true. they must have counted only "one side" of riots.

Being from Analytical background, whenever I see enormous percentage figures without something to compare it with, I take that news with a pinch of salt.

Just like saying my startup grew by 100% but in reality revenue went up for 5K to 10K.

So this news prompted me to actually look into figures, I found out that averaged out no. of riots is actually a declining trend.
