As per me I have defined & seen few major roles in a company:

1. Product Managers
2. Developers
3. Testers
4. Designers
5. Kalakar Admi(Artists) - People who do jack shit but make it sound so big . Make the fool out of all the top management.

Do you have such Kalakar’s in your offices?

I don’t hate them but bhai, ekdum itna showoff jela nehi jata :)
