Don’t eat soya. It is good for men’s. Try to add whey protein

Came here to say the same. I read somewhere on the internet that one should not consume more than 8gms of Soya a day.

What’s the calorie intake? What’s the deficit you’re aiming to create?

You can’t have same things continuously.

  1. Tofu / soy can be added.
  2. Add whey
  3. If you do want to lose faster then add cardio; one lite cardio wouldn’t cut it.

Calorie intake daily is around 2300

Aiming for 1900

Find a certified dietitian, gym trainers don’t know shit. These things are not sustainable and would impact liver and kidney in long term. Gym trainer can help you with gym routine, for diet find a dietitian who is actually a doc, checks your blood report before suggesting anything.

If you want to bring down weight, go for a run, do two 500 meter runs with break early morning without eating anything and continue with your normal diet. You will see results in a month

Is this sustainable? I think not. Well this will surely bring down your weight but how can you keep eating this rest of the life. Make changes in your lifestyle, tell your trainer you are not there for body building
