Review for work culture at Amazon, specifically ADC?

Supposed to join Amazon in the next couple of months. My current organization has a very laid back, positive and supportive work culture and at the moment im in a very comfortable spot. Ofcourse Amazon being a bigger and much better brand, is a very enticing opportunity. I just wanted to know if IM taking the right decision to leave my current org and how much of a difference in culture do I need to prepare myself for

It's a great place. You get to learn a lot. Get to experience scale. Big futuristic eojects being worked on. Love working here.
