How did you solve db lock?
I hope the wfh continues to avoid toxic work environment and people. Just wfh concentrate on productivity that's all what's needed. Gone are the days Indian managers let out their frustration coming to office. It's not needed .

That 5 day work week is almost sying now. Hybrid and complete WFH is definately emerging as the scenario but the sheer number of applications against remote jobs is signifying that everyone whether they are in office, hybrid mode but want remote job. Talent wants remote job and companies that are not going remote or WFH will realise in future that they somehow needs to providing what the employee wants. Let the job market improve then companies will realise.
Boomers and pricks like Narayan Murthy will try their best to not let that happen. Remote work makes life so much better. Hope companies wake up and smell the coffee. But, guess what, nothing will change till insecure peers and managers don’t evolve!
Wouldn't this rather be stabilization of work from office? Most of us have already returned to cities and settled in a hybrid mode. That's why we are no longer seeing such steep fall/hike.

The data is US Centric. Not sure how it extends in the Indian scenario. We might have flexibility in WFH & WFO BUT office isn’t going away anywhere.
