I reigned from TCS and my LWD is after 1 month. My supervisor and 2-3 RMGs reached out to me asking if I want to be retained. I asked for a counter offer and project change. Next day my supervisor called me and asked about the reason for below 60% WFO Index. Im not going to office since January I told my supervisor that I will be going to office if I'll get the counter offer.
My question is will they consider my retention if my WFO index is below 60% or it can be a hurdle.

Move outside tcs. Most of the hike will be part of your quarterly variable component.

Yes, they will consider the counter offer if you negotiate for it

- Not sure why rmg is involved in this as you are already in project.
- 1 month is very less time to complete retention process
- If you are not coming to office better to join new company bcoz tcs will not tolerate this
