Hi folks,
Did anyone receive variable pay/performance bonus who are lateral joiner’s and on bench? I joined on 20th Jan and I haven’t received VP/PB for this month.
when will be receive VP/PB?

Thank you for your response.Will I receive along with Jan,Feb,March,April,May VP/PB?
Jan Feb March in may. May June july in September and so on
Since you joined in Jan, so you will receive in May.
But if you had joined in December then you would have received it in feb salary. As the PB employees received is for oct-december quarter. Jan-march one we will receive in may.

Variable pay is paid for previous quarter. You will be paid for this quarter in May
