Regarding Office Presence in Notice Period

Hi Guys, I am serving notice period in TechM as per their policy and before I put my paper, I followed there 12 Days Mandatory WFO policy, Due to some personal reasons, I put my paper down and I don't want to go to Office, is there any issue in this? Will HR holds my experience letter or Final Settlement Amount? Please suggest !!!
