Regarding maternity leave

Recently I joined one company but I did not inform them that I will require maternity leave within 4 months. Should I inform them immediately or will they take any action about it?

No issue,Just inform your RM and BHR about it.

If it is Accenture, i knew someone who joined and took maternity leave within 2 months. Didn't even complete the 90 calendar days requirement. But nothing happened. It was smooth.
