Regarding marriage proposal || genuine advice !
I recently joined Mastercard and working as SSE 30 Years old , I am above average looking guy , I got a proposal of marriage from a girl who cracked upsc and is going to join soon as assistant income tax commissioner [IRS- IT] , she is average looking girl , my friends say I might get better in terms of looks. But I am unable to take my mind off as I think her job has significant respect , dignity and stability. She is okay with me and is positive . The bowl is in my court . Any personel suggestion/Leads are appreciated.
If the 'bowl' is in your court even when she is the one who has cracked UPSC, trust me, you are the reacher and she is the settler.

She keeps on saying it was luck by chance that I got into the list of upsc. May be too humble not sure. But are all upsc cleared guys really that hardworking? Plus I heard thier privileges as income tax commissioner are cut down due to faceless system .

If your vibe is matching go for it bro. After a few years of marriage and having a kid look will not matter. But you both have to sacrifice a bit because of nature of job and posting as a government officer.
