There is internal false commitment is on going in term of ijp promotion there will be rare employee who are getting hike from ijp.. if you are lucky person then promotion and hike, both you will get else they will pass you only promotion..afterwards u have to enjoy with designation only… if you are not happy then try your luck outside …u have to come out from yr comfort zone…

I received promotional hike and annual hike last quarter and both were given on old salary only.

Your hike percentage should be included in the new compensation. Your promotion and hike compensation review would have happened at the same time.

You can get either one of the hikes. If you are getting hike through IJP in the same period or within a few months then the annual hikes are replaced by IJP hikes.
