Rate my treadmill chore!
Y'all I've been consistently hitting the treadmill as part of my warm up. Somehow got obsessed with and made up my cardio routine as follows
- 75 pushups in 8 minutes
- Treadmill speed 5.4 KM/H, incline 8 without holding for 1 hour straight. Burns approx of 8K cals.
Not sure about the level of this routine, wanted to hear from you.
Ps. Not flexing, it took quite some time to get to this point. Would like to hear from fellow cardio pros
