Quarterly Review

I just got the results for my first Quarterly Review as an FTE.

After giving months of hard work, and trying my best all they could think of was "Sometimes Meets Expectations".

Does this mean I'll be put on PIP or fired?

I remember taking my first Meets Expectation to heart. I thought I wasn't good enough 😅

Well I'm not meeting them consistently according to my manager. I feel like a total letdown

It means that your manager doesn't have budget to meet your hike expectations

Hikes occur annually. I think that might not be the case. I'm just worried about my job tbh. I'm too early here.
