Which offer is better and why?
Pune: CTC: 20+ variable(no clarity on variable) Company: Startup with 1 year hike cycle (bare minimum hike) Company Size: More than 120 Reporting to: Business Head Role: Core BD with slightly overlap of cross functional Stability: Slightly more than Bangalore one(I would say 1% more since they slightly work as lala company)
Bangalore: CTC: 22 +12(Esops) Company: Startup with 6 month hike cycle Company Size: Around 30 Reporting to: Founders Role: Set up and lead the entire Business and cross functional roles(cr.functional offer better learning and growth tooo) Stability: OK than Pune
Both the company are startups and in terms of stability the Pune one holds higher stability at company level(I would say 1% more than Bangalore) but since its sales roles so I think it doesn't matter. (as per LinkedIn the avg duration of sales folks is 11 month in Pune company)
Which offer is better in terms of growth prospect and considering that you want to move to higher role in the future or may be start again in future ?

Bangalore one looks better since you have around 7 years exp and also better sales cycle and esops
