Which protein powder should I use as a beginner and is it recommended to use protein powder. Or should I start eating more egg whites and other natural sources of protein.
In their new pack they increased the amount of maltodextrin and says "no added sugar" On front. Also reduced the value of some vitamins, removed malt extract. Because they have gained a percentage they are now becoming another sugary drink with no added sugar written. Share this with someone who has reach on social media.
Technically, added sugars are mono and di saccharides Maltodextrin is a polysacchride, that too carbohydrate🫢🫢
